Nothing goes live until you approve
What it takes on
The marketing that repeats
Not the strategy or the creative call. The repeat of it: the enquiries to answer, the follow-ups to send, the posts to make and schedule.
Enquiries, caught and qualified
A lead arrives from a form, a DM, a WhatsApp message. The agent replies in your voice within the minute, asks the qualifying questions you set, and books the good ones straight into your calendar.
Follow-ups nobody forgets
The second and third message that actually close, sent on the schedule you set, then every conversation logged into your CRM with the thread attached. Which CRM depends on what you already run.
Posts that look and sound like you
On-brand posts, images and short video, made in your voice and your look, then scheduled across the channels your customers use. You approve each one before it goes live.
How it stays on-brand
Your voice, your look, your call.
The words and the visuals are built to your brand before anything ships, and every post, reply and spend waits for a person's yes.
How it writes and what it makes are designed to your brand before the build: the tone, the words it will and will not use, the templates and colours. They ship to you as prompts and files you can change.
Every post, every reply, every pound of ad spend stops at an approval step. A person on your team signs off before anything reaches a customer or costs money. Nothing publishes on its own.
It says it is an agent, it honours opt-outs and each channel's rules, and it does not blast strangers. This is reach that protects your name, not outreach that spends it.

About sales & marketing agents
What people ask before they let an agent speak for their brand.
A scheduler posts what you loaded and a chatbot answers from a script. An agent creates the post, writes the reply, qualifies the lead and books the meeting, deciding each step against the rules in a specification you approve, and it stops for a person before anything goes live. It acts across your channels and your CRM rather than waiting for you to feed it one task at a time.
Like your brand, by design, because that is the part we build first. Before anyone opens an editor we write how it speaks and design how it looks: your tone, the words it will and will not use, your templates, your colours. That voice and those visual rules ship to you as prompts and files you can read and change. A generic AI look is the first thing we remove, never the thing you are left with.
No. Every post, reply, message and pound of ad spend waits at an approval step, and a person on your team signs it off before it reaches a customer. You decide where that line sits: some clients approve every item at first, then let the routine ones through once they trust it, and hold approval on anything that spends money or speaks to a new audience. Nothing publishes without a yes.
We pick per job from the current best, and name the choice in your specification once we have seen the brand. For images that is models like Nano Banana (Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash Image), Flux, Ideogram, Recraft, GPT Image, Midjourney or Stable Diffusion; for video, Seedance, Google's Veo, OpenAI's Sora, Kling, Runway, Luma or Hailuo. Every asset is generated to your brand's look and passes a person before it is published.
Through the channels' own APIs and the posting layers built for them: Ayrshare, Buffer, Postiz or n8n's social nodes, and the native LinkedIn, Meta, X and TikTok APIs where a direct connection is the right one. Your agents reach them over MCP, the open protocol the model vendors publish. The exact set is a scoping question we answer against your accounts, and the schedule and the approvals sit on top of whichever we use.
Yes. A lead arriving from a form, a DM or a WhatsApp message is answered in your voice, asked the qualifying questions you set, and, if it books, written into your calendar and your CRM with the thread attached. We build against the CRM you already pay for, whether that is HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or another, and we name it in the specification once we have seen the account.
It can draft the creative and the copy, and, with your approval on the spend, manage campaigns through the Meta Ads and Google Ads APIs, then read the results back from GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Google Search Console so the next round is informed by the last. Spend is capped per campaign and per day in numbers you set, and no budget moves without a person's sign-off.
The steps run in n8n when the path is drawable, in a graph we build in LangGraph when the job holds state and waits on your approval, and in agent code on the OpenAI Agents SDK or Google's Agent Development Kit when the deciding is the work itself. The model is Claude, GPT or Gemini, picked per job. Every decision is traced in LangSmith or Langfuse so you can read its reasoning, personal data is scrubbed before it reaches a model, and spend is capped per agent. It runs in your own accounts, not ours.
It is built not to be. It does not blast strangers, it honours opt-outs and each channel's rules, and it says it is an agent rather than pretending to be a person. Because every message and post is on-brand and approved by someone on your team before it goes out, the volume you gain does not cost you the reputation you have. Reach that protects your name is the whole point of building it brand-first.
The system runs in your own accounts, on a server you choose, and only your people have access; we hold no copy, and our access comes off at handover. For an EU or Swiss business it is built to the GDPR and the FADP, with personal data minimised and kept in a region you choose. If you operate under another country's law, we build to that instead, and the rules that apply to you are written into the spec first.
Weeks for a first system, and no. It runs on your own accounts and credentials and does not check in with us to keep working. There is no standing fee holding it alive. Training is included so your team can operate it, and if you want a change later you ask, and we price that change on its own.
No, and it is built not to. It depends on your team, and it helps either shape of it. If you are one or two people doing everything, it lifts the marketing and sales busywork off you: drafting posts, answering enquiries, following up on leads, so the channels stay warm without a day disappearing into them. If you have a marketing team, it takes the tedious layer beneath their work: researching the topics and trends worth posting about, drafting and scheduling campaigns, sharpening who each one targets, and keeping the CRM current, so your people spend their hours on strategy, taste, and the calls that need a human. Either way, nothing it drafts goes live until someone approves it.
